A note from our Founder:
After more than a decade of rising up the corporate ladder while stumbling across the finish line every day as a Fortune 500 executive and parent of three young kids - all while watching colleagues struggle with burn out from our culture of busyness and overachievement - I stopped looking to perks and benefits to save us and began to question the system. Now I’m on a mission to transform how we work and define success for the next generation.
Businesses thrive when people thrive. Happy, healthy employees perform better, take fewer sick days, and are less likely to leave, directly impacting your bottom line. Happier, healthier employees are also better caregivers, partners, friends, coaches, and community members, equally important roles in society.
